Tenders and Procurement 

The purpose of holding tenders by Transservis LLC is to improve the transaction efficiency and effectiveness in purchasing goods including those for the performance of contractual obligations to customers.

The key principles of the organization and holding tenders include the creation of equal competitive conditions for all of the suppliers and vendors, publicity, objectivity and impartialness of assessment, and the unity of requirements. 

The general procedure of the organization and holding tenders for purchasing goods, the terms and conditions of the participation of suppliers and vendors therein, the procedure of considering tenderers’ tenders and of making decisions by the Tender Committee are determined the Regulations for the Procedure of Holding Tenders (link).
