Pu JSC "Kharkiv Machine Tool Plant" has the expertise and a strong industrial base with a complete cycle of production of parts and components for assembly of its products. Existing fleet of unique production equipment allows processing of machine complex body parts, steel forgings to produce, maintain thermal and galvanic treatment to ensure the requirements for mechanical strength and durability of the working parts.

The company has a fleet of new machining CNC equipment manufactured in Germany, provided under the program of modernization. This is a turning-milling and milling centers CHIRON and MONFORTS, grinding equipment IMG_5791.jpgBLOHM. Has its own powerful unit which deals with development of control programs for CNC machine tools and technological preparation of production.

Machining of parts, assembly units and setting up mechanisms manufactured machines, made by highly qualified personnel — the factory workers and engineers.

  1. Blank and press-forging production includes a wide range of operations:

    • marking, cutting, cutting out, editing, bending sheet and rolled section;

    • manufacture of forgings for the pneumatic hammer.
  2. Features welding can produce:
    • rolling sheet metal;
    • assembly weld metal and capacitive devices;
    • manual and semi-automatic welding of steel structures.
  3. Machining production capabilities allow the following:
    • workpieces and assemblies for head-turning, screw-cutting, turning, boring, planing, milling, horizontal boring, numerically controlled jig boring machines, machine tools and machine tools with CNC;
    • drill blanks and components for vertical drilling (including CNC) and radial drilling machines;
    • external, internal and surface grinding of parts;
    • deep boring details;
    • milled cutter tooth cylindrical wheels and rails;
    • processing of spur and bevel gears.
  4. Capacity of the plant provide technical operations:
    • fitting;
    • electrical control panels for manufacturing and control cabinets with microprocessor element basis;
    • plating (chrome, zinc, cadmium plating, etc.);
    • painting and packaging.
