NEW SOLUTIONS FOR THE BEARING INDUSTRY

Constantly growing demands on the quality of their bearing on the one hand, and technological obsolescence, and most of the equipment of domestic enterprises bearing industry has led to the need for replacement or radical modernization of machine tools.
JSC “Kharkiv Machine-Tool Plant” together with JSC “HARP” (8th SPP) in 2001, developed and implemented a program of modernization of grinding equipment. For the third year it was decided to design a large number of tasks carried out pilot plant operation, which allowed to develop optimal solutions.

Since 2004, JSC «Kharkiv Machine-Tool Plant» is ready to offer its services to all businesses bearing industry.

JSC “Kharkiv Machine-Tool Plant” in 2001 began a comprehensive modernization of grinding equipment for JSC “HARP”, Kharkov. The main purpose of the operations was to bring machines into compliance with modern requirements by significant changes in the machine's construction, installation of modern CNC systems, etc., which, in turn, allowed to raise the technological flexibility, machine tool productivity, improve the precision parameters of machined parts.

Were originally formed by the following basic requirements for the ongoing modernization:

  • the possibility of building on the basis of the functional process modules,
  • decrease the role of human factors,
  • the possibility of combining operations and use of high-performance processing methods,
  • ability to readjust to changing production conditions.

The plant has mastered the modernization intragrinding automatic SIW 3E and zheloboshlifovalnogo automatic SIW 3B, as well as special circular automata models AGL-50 and ЛЗ-190А, ЛЗ-214, the logical conclusion of which was the formation of process modules for processing the outer raceway (SIW3E) and internal ( AGL50, LZ-190A, LZ-214) ring and (SIW3B) inner ring bearing.
There were installed two-coordinate CNC system on the AGL and SIW machine tools, which administers the major movements in the transfer of the «screw-nut rolling», electronic devices are not grinding of «air», modern devices and active control of high-speed, high precision spindles.
On the machine tools model LZ-190 and LZ-214 modernization touched the spindle of the grinding wheel, which uses hydrodynamic bearings, and stock products of the feeder in which the used transfer roller screw-nut.
The main outcome was the possibility of modernizing:

  • Carry out grinding rings at least 4 classes of accuracy through the use of modern design solutions, components,
  • Carry out simple and easy changeover to different size rings embedded in the modernization options, etc.
