Kharkov Bearing Plant (HARP)
PuAO "Kharkov Bearing Plant" (HARP), a former GEA-8 - one of the largest manufacturers of ball and cylindrical roller bearings of the CIS. Since January 2000 is included in the Industrial Group UPEC.
plant is a leader in the CIS for the production of bearings for agricultural engineering enterprises, as well as one of the leading suppliers of transport engineering companies and the rail industry. Products HARP is also used in the automotive, mining and electrical industry, in mining and metallurgical complex.
Kharkov Bearing Plant produces more than 500 types of bearings outside diameter from 30 to 400 mm under the brand name HARP (HARP), HAPR-AGRO, HARP-AUTO. In 2007, to the traditional areas of the plant added another - production and goryacheshtampovannyh tokarnoobrabotannyh intermediates and components of automobile, railway and industrial bearings.
Industrial Group UPEC actively developing the productive capacity of HARP: a plant currently implementing a number of investment projects.
The company implemented a quality management system meets the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2008 (certification body - MOODY INTERNATIONAL, England)
The HARP is preparing for the certification to ISO / TS 16949:2002.
Lozovsky Forging-Mechanical Plant (LKMZ)
The largest forging-stamping enterprise in Ukraine and CIS. Since 2002, included in the Industrial Group UPEC.
LKMZ specializes in mass serial production of forgings 300 different titles, the installed capacity - up to 180 tons of forgings per year.
main consumers of forgings - Enterprise tractor, automobile, agricultural machinery and rail transport.
Using unique technology allows to manufacture forgings of complex shape and high accuracy at a high utilization rate of the metal, such as:
- hot extrusion forging such as hollow and solid pins and hub flange;
- stamping crankshafts and subsequent promotion of the connecting rod journals;
- cross-wedge rolling of solid and hollow forgings such as stepped shafts and gear shafts;
- reeling out of the ring shaped forgings forged blanks.
plant is also a leader in the manufacture of transmissions and chassis components for tractors, road construction machinery, manufactures axles for buses, parts and components for tractors, parts for railway rolling stock, tillage equipment for use in energy-saving technologies.
LKMZ - the only enterprise in Ukraine that has the status of approved supplier of component parts SKF - the world leader in bearings.
In 2005 the plant was certified to international quality standard ISO 9001:2000. The company is preparing for the certification standard, ISO / TS 16949.
Ukrainian Casting Company (ULC)
The youngest company of the Industrial Group UPEC. Established in 2004 on the basis of casting and model shops Kharkov Electrical Engineering Plant.
The company is a specialized facility for the production of iron and steel castings. Can produce castings of any complexity weighing from 500 grams to 20 tons of cast iron and from 500 g to 1 ton of cast iron and steel grades St25L-St50L.
In 2008 the plant received a certificate of quality management system ISO 9001:2000.
