Young specialists are one of the most important sources of the formation of a highly skilled engineers and technicians and managerial personnel in Industrial Group UPEC.

Work with young specialists at IG UPEC is directed at the attraction of the most gifted graduates from educational institutions to the company’s enterprises, their prompt, effective inclusion in IG UPEC production and innovation activities. At the time of hire of young specialists to IG UPEC enterprises, the evaluation of their potential is mostly focused on.

For the purposes of increasing the activity of young specialists in mastering their occupational activities, promoting their qualification and cultural growth, the enterprises establish Council of Young Specialists. Their basis task is to facilitate the adaptation and keeping of young specialists and a newly arriving youth, to create conditions for improving a creative initiative of young specialists, to widen interaction and exchange of experience between young specialists of the organizations.
