CF "Patriots" was created by enterprises belonging to the Industrial Group UPEC, June 25, 2011 to provide targeted assistance to employees and social projects in enterprises UPEC.

Foundation funds allocated on the principle of self-government: Board of Trustees in all structural units of the company and trustees regularly allocate funds within the budget of the fund.

Work on targeted assistance is as follows:

• in need of financial assistance to petition the Board of Trustees units (enterprises) through agents or directly.

• Advisory Board study treatment.

• Solutions to provide charitable assistance are accepted at the meeting of the Board of Trustees with the applicants and the trustee of the fund.
